Subtle Design Change on Facebook, did you notice?

This morning, Facebook made it easier for us to keep an eye on its most important features no matter how far we scroll down their pages. Yes, we didn’t notice too for a while.

The top navigation is now constantly showing, allowing users to quickly check their notifications, messages and friend requests without having to return to the top of the page.

Not only does this make notifications and messages more prominent and easier to notice, but it also allows for a more fluid browsing experience. Kudos Facebook!

On another note, rumours are spreading that a much larger redesign will be announced at the f8 developers conference on the 22nd of September. We will keep an eye on it and let you know.

Things we expect : More prominent locating of Ads and a live feed of what your friends are interacting with right now.
